Associate/Sr. Analytical Associate, Analytical and Formulation Development

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Interact with suppliers and maintain inventory of critical supplies.
• Keep laboratory space clean and organized.
• Maintain critical equipment and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Develop, qualify, and transfer release analytical test methods to client or QC laboratory.
• Draft development reports and product specific STM’s.
• Analyze, summarize, and present data.
• Troubleshoot issues that may occur within testing methods.
• Assist group lead in formulation development and in-process testing.
• Execute analytical methods including:
  • HPLC (Protein Titer, Size-Exclusion, Reverse Phase)
  • Experience in ELISA-based impurity assays
  • Experience in Cell based Bioassays a plus.
  • Protein Concentration by OD₂₈₀
  • Buffer/Solution Preparation
  • Notebook and ELN documentation

Critical Skills for this position:

• Proficiency with HPLC/UPLC instruments
• Proficiency with ELISA methodology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Documentation and written communication
• Willing to learn and able to listen.
• Infrequent Lifting: up to 25lbs

Requirements:

• BS in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related subject matter.
• 2-4 years of work experience.
